We are on a mission to make hiring IT teams and IT professionals a seamless experience for start-ups, mid-sized- and enterprise-grade businesses.
Our story began when our founder worked as a developer in a company that became our first client. Starting as a one-man band, as the business grew, he expanded the team with the same level of expertise he was providing. He recognized the value of training additional people to work on the products and processes, which CREATESI GmbH still does today.
Our highly skilled team is passionate about software engineering, integration, automated QA, data management, and security.
Our matrix structure allows us to support our clients with innovative ideas, thus accelerating time to market and reducing costs for our clients.
Founded by developers, we know how they think and what they need. We interweaved this into the core of how we work, which enables us to do, what others can’t.

Thomas Schuetz, CEO
Thomas is a highly experienced IT Business Executive with over 25 years in international business development. He specializes in new business models, application software, machine learning, and AI, driving product innovation and global market testing. With a European heart and a global mindset, Thomas effectively translates innovative ideas into practical business applications.
Starting his career at ABB, Thomas held management consulting roles for key global Life Sciences accounts before returning to ABB Corporate. His entrepreneurial spirit and deep understanding of technology make him a valuable advisor in bridging visionary concepts with business strategies.
Victor Bobko, Business Development Director
Victor has over 25 years of international management experience, having worked with leading European companies and major international corporations across various industries, including FMCG, Real Estate, Export Consultancy, and IT. He has led Sales and Business Development teams for 14 years.
In 2010, Victor relocated to Europe, living in Switzerland and Slovenia. Since then, he has been active in the IT industry, working in sectors such as insurance, banking, healthcare, and GIS, focusing on market entry, business development, and client management.
Currently, Victor is responsible for business development at Createsi Gmbh, with a focus on Western European countries, prioritizing Switzerland.
Ninoslav Đorđević, COO
Ninoslav has over 20 years of experience in the software and insurance industries. He began his career as a software developer at Adacta, progressing through roles such as project manager and team leader. Through these positions, he rose to the role of Implementation Director, ultimately becoming the AdInsure Executive Director for the EU and Adriatic regions. In these capacities, Ninoslav played a pivotal role in driving business growth in the Insurance Industry.
Currently, Ninoslav serves as the COO of Createsi GmbH, where he is ultimately responsible for the overall delivery of all Createsi projects. His focus lies in the management of people, managing major accounts, and supporting sales department.
